Cottage Succession Planning seminars
November 01, 2007

Attorney David S. Fry is available to speak to your group on the subject of sharing and passing on the family cottage to future generations. Contact David at 616.866.9593.

The informative presentations last between 60 and 90 minutes. Mr. Fry explains how title to the property determines rights of the owners and how the use of a limited liability company can be the best solution for sharing a cottage and keeping in the family for generations. For Michigan presentations, he also discusses Michigan's real property tax system, including the extent to which uncapping of property taxes can be deferred.

Questions are welcomed.
